Bubble Tea (泡泡茶)

Bubble tea, also known as pearl milk tea, boba milk tea, or boba is a tea-based drink invented in tea shops in Taichung, Taiwan, during the 1980s.

Bubble tea came to existence in Taiwan, when the beverage was created during the 1980. Although the bubble tea is not known exactly Taiwanese shop is the creator of Bubble tea, several shops are assume to be the maker.

Most bubble teas come with small chewy tapioca balls (粉圓, fěnyuán), commonly called "pearls" (珍珠, zhēnzhū) or "boba" (波霸, bōbà).
Today, in Taiwan, it's common for people to refer to the drink as "pearl milk tea" (zhen zhu). 
Bubble tea is cold, fruity, have so many of bright colours - and it has dozens of slimy tapioca balls floating around in the bottom. 

Most bubble tea drinks contain a tea base but mixed with fruit flavor or milk.

The drink is made with variety of ways and has so many different recipes.
